Annual NETSL Conference 2022 Seeking Program Proposals

We are currently planning for a hybrid conference. We continue to monitor the situation with Covid-19. The health and safety of our presenters and attendees is important to us and we will provide an update on our conference mode in February. Interested in attending? Call for Proposals - applications due Friday, January 28, 2022

 

Please submit your proposal using the form. You can present virtually or in-person. The NETSL board will review proposals for their content, relevance, and overall fit. Applicants will be notified about proposals in late February and presenters will have their registration fees waived.

ALA Youth Media Awards 2022

 

 

The 2022 Youth Media Award announcements will take place virtually on Monday, Jan. 24, 2022, at 8 a.m. CT  during LibLearnX: The Library Learning Experience, a completely new conference experience based on years of research, exploration, and feedback from industry partners, event planning experts, and most importantly, ALA members.

Rhode Island Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission- Heritage Events

Beginning Saturday, March 25th at 10 am Stages of Freedom will resume their regular African American History Walking Tour program with Ray Rickman from their shop at 10 Westminster Street.
