This year Cornucopia’s mini conference highlights the Cape Verdean community. Participants will visit Rhode Island College’s special collection of books, documents, and artifacts on the Cape Verde Islands and its American connection and will learn about the history of Cape Verdeans in Rhode Island. A discussion will follow on the development of an ethnic collection.
