The Chinese American Librarian Association (CALA) is soliciting scholarship applications from students and new librarians. CALA offers several scholarships, including the CALA Scholarship of Library and Information Science, the Sheila Suen Lai Scholarship, and the Lisa Zhao Scholarship.
Open to full-time students and new librarians who are of Chinese descent, these scholarships are designed to encourage professional and leadership development in Chinese American librarianship.

Please share the call for applications with your students or alumni. Applications will be accepted between now and March 15, 2022. Recipients will be announced in May.
